How to communicate on a mobile phone?

Communication has firmly entered our daily lives. The times when many dreamed of having a home telephone with wires to the PBX have disappeared into the past. Why did you dream? For the reason that the line for installing the telephone was very long and was often measured over the years, since the PBX did not have free capacity due to backwardness in terms of equipment. Now almost everyone has a portable phone with them, while others even have two.

Of course, it’s good that the communication problem is resolved. Then what is bad? And the fact that mobile phone users do not know how (and many do not want to) communicate correctly with each other. It’s about tact. And more precisely – about moral psychology. I think we have come across a situation where one of those close to you is experiencing your patience with his boring ethereal chatter about nothing and does not react to the remark at all. For example, you are riding on a bus, another passenger is sitting side by side with you and a certain amount of time chatting with your friends, completely not thinking that he behaves boorish towards you.

There is a desire to get off at the next stop, as the neighbor has already “gotten it.” Learn to respect the environment when using a mobile phone in a bus. If the signal is weak, then, trying to “break through” the broadcast, the teenager surrounded by other people begins to literally yell into the cellphone in full voice. Moreover, he does not care what they think about him. Unfortunately, there are no requirements in Russia for how to communicate on a cell phone. Meanwhile, in the West, the police write a fine for an overly loud telephone conversation.

And this is done not only in public places. There are certain standards of behavior that are respected. In particular, no one will make or answer a call while in a store, pharmacy, museum or somewhere else when there are other people nearby. In public transport, a cell phone is put into a call mode with a backlight for the duration of the trip. At the same time, the user does not start the conversation, but sends an SMS asking him to call back after a certain time or with a message that he will call back later.

In schools and other educational institutions, any communication on the mobile phone during classes and lectures is prohibited. In some countries, a child must pass the rules in order to get a phone Photo: Depositphotos It is curious that in a number of Western countries parents have the right to acquire a modern means of communication for a young child only if he passes the minimum according to the rules of use.

And this is, first of all, knowledge of the norms of behavior in public places. The norms themselves mean that one cannot ignore the opinion of other people and, before calling, one should ask if they agree to listen to your conversation with someone. If you don’t agree, then communicate by SMS when the “alert” signal is turned off. A very substantial fine is imposed for overly loud communication on a cell phone on the street at night when people are sleeping. If this measure does not affect the violator, then after three such fines a block is made. Particularly malicious violators are blacklisted – after blocking they will not be sold a new SIM card in the country of residence.
